Your team and responsibilities
We’re always looking for a new colleague to join our sales team, that consists of professional experts, dedicated and passionate about their work. Our philosophy is that it is important to offer what consumers want and need. You will:
/ Prepare: Know your customer and their competitors inside out. What do they do, how do they do it, why do they do it?;
/ Prepare: Know our concepts inside out. What do we offer, how do we offer and what can we change in our offer to make it fit the client’s needs;
/ Connect: Make a strong opening, where you show you are involved and know what the client is or contact person is up to these days;
/ Understand: Get to know the retailer and their needs;
/ Recommend: Make a clear recommendation about what concept would fit the retailer needs best;
/ Commit: Make a clear commitment about what you will do for the retailer;
/ Act: Follow up and make sure you meet your commitments as quick as possible.
Who are you?
/ You have a Bachelor/University degree or mentality;
/ 5+ Years of experience in conceptual selling and/or retail;
/ You know what kids are up to these days and what they like;
/ You have excellent communication, presentation and advisory skills, verbally and on paper, in both Dutch and English;
/ You are hands-on, taking (creative) initiative and driven to go the extra mile.
